Customer Satisfaction

At Dominican Creations customer satisfaction is our #1 goal. We stand behind the quality of our products and will make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase. We believe that we can work together with our customers to make every purchase a positive experience. Our shipments are carefully inspected and packed before leaving our warehouse, but in the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply follow the instructions below.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you can return an item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the merchandise purchase price. Refund will be for the purchase price, in the original form of payment. Original delivery and handling charges are nonrefundable. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Please follow these three easy steps to return your item for return or exchange.

1. E-mail us with your request and include your order number, whether you are requesting an exchange or refund and the reason for your request.
2. Call 1-514-428-8782 and speak with one of our friendly Customer Service professionals to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You may also do this by e-mailing us at: Customer.Service@dominicancreations.com
3. Box up your merchandise in the original packaging if you have it. The goods should be well-packed so that we receive them in good condition. Please write your RMA number on a copy of your original invoice and include it in the box. Send it back to us, postage paid.
   Please allow a minimum of 21 days for us to receive and process your return.
   We'll credit or refund the value of the merchandise total and any taxes you were charged (excluding delivery and handling charges).

Our Guarantee

All items purchased from DominicanCreations.com are 100% satisfaction guaranteed. You may return anything purchased from us within 30 days of receipt if you are not completely satisfied. Depending upon product availability, we will exchange or replace it with another item of equal value. If you just don't like it or it's not what you expected, simply return it and we will arrange to issue you a refund in the same method of payment that you used. We do not want you to have to keep anything from the Dominican Creations Online Store with which you are not completely satisfied with.

Security

At DominicanCreations.com protecting your personal information is a priority. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to encrypt your name and address, so only Dominican Creations is able to decode your information. For security reasons we do not record your credit card information on our server all this information is collected and stored on secure severs by PayPal and 2Checkout Inc.,  a third party secure credit card payment gateway. Once you are in the checkout area, to be sure your connection is secure, look at the lower left-hand corner of your browser window. If you see an unbroken key or closed lock (depending on your browser), the SSL is active and your information is safe.

Your Privacy

At Dominican Creations your personal information is confidential. We do not rent, sell, barter or trade email addresses. When you place an order with us, we collect your name, address, telephone number and your email address. We use this information to fulfill your order and to communicate with you about your order.

How to Order

Ordering online from the Dominican Creations Online Store is easy! Simply choose the items you wish to purchase and add them, individually, to your shopping cart. Each time you add an item, you'll be able to view the entire contents of your cart with a total dollar amount purchased so far. You will also be able to see any discounts applied to your items. You will also be able to enter your zip/postal code to be able to retrieve the cost of shipping your items to your destination. When you are ready to checkout, click the checkout button and proceed to the secure checkout area.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We currently accept PayPal and credit cards via 2Checkout a third party credit card payment processing company for online purchases. If you order through our secure online shopping cart, all orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping.

Colors

We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on this Web site. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

Shipping

At DominicanCreations.com, most orders ship out from our warehouse within 24-48 hours of ordering. We currently use Canada Post and Federal Express as the choice of shipping methods. Although most online orders process and deliver within 2 to 10 business days, please allow up to 2 to 3 weeks for delivery. If selecting Fed-Ex, when checking out, please specify a physical street address. Fed-Ex will not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Damage or Lost Goods

In the event you should not receive your merchandise or some goods are damaged upon arrival you should contact customer service at Dominican Creations immediately by e-mail. You will need to take pictures to document the damage to the goods and shipping box if required and e-mail us those pictures. You should hold on to these items until you are advised by us or the carrier that you may dispose of them. Sometimes the Carrier will want to come and inspect the damage and pick up the items. Upon receipt of your e-mail we will immediately begin to process a claim with the carrier. Upon settlement of the claim we will contact you to arrange for either a refund or exchange of the lost or damaged goods. Please note that claims for shipping costs are not accepted. Should you wish to have a replacement item we will send one to you free of charge less shipping costs. We take every precaution and pack your items carefully to avoid any damages but Dominican Creations cannot be held liable for items lost or damaged in transit. Dominican Creations will always work with our customers to come to a satisfactory agreement that will be mutually acceptable to all parties.
