Shipping times are estimates provide as a reference by the carrier. Dominican Creations will not be held responsible for any delays by the carrier or customs clearance delays.
Once an order is shipped, the order may no longer be cancelled, however, it may be returned under the guidelines specified in the returns section below.
Dominican Creations will process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. If, for some reason beyond our control, order processing is delayed, the customer will be notified promptly and any resulting issues will be considered and discussed on an individual basis.
Our available shipping methods are via Canada Post and Fed Ex.
All products are shipped insured for loss and or damage. If your order is lost or products arrive damaged, please notify us immediately and we will advise you as to what to do in this case.
You need to remember that these crafts are quite fragile and require very careful and sufficient packing to ensure they arrive unbroken. Although carriers do not go out of their way to handle shipments roughly, this does occur during transit, therefore we take extra precautions to ensure your items are packed as best possible and that is why the costs seem so high.
Please note that in the case of damages we require that you contact us immediately and e-mail us pictures of the damages including the shipping box in order that we may start a claim with the carrier.
Once we have this we will issue you further instructions and discuss a method of compensation. Please note however that shipping charges are not refundable and cannot be claimed.
Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or full refund excluding shipping and handling costs. Shipping and handling costs for returning unwanted, unopened & undamaged items are the purchaser's responsibility.
To make a request for an "RMA" just click on the "returns" selection located on the right hand side of screen and fill out the request. One of our customer services representatives will respond two you as quickly as possible.
When returning an item please ensure all packages being returned are insured against loss or damage.
Your exact shipping and handling total is or will be based on the shipping destination. All rates are calculated automatically using the Fed Ex and Canada Post Shipping Modules built into our shopping cart unless Flat Rate or Free shipping charges are indicated.
