How much does shipping cost?
Your shipping charges will be calculated by our built in shipping module and will be based on your shipping location. Shipping rates are calculated automatically by our built in module and these rates are based on total weight, dimensions of the package and the destination. Additional handling charges are also added to the total shipping cost of your order.You will not be billed for any additional charges for having your order processed and shipped to your location. For expensive items such as jewelry we suggest you choose a shipping method that includes tracking, this for your own peace of mind.
Why do Shipping and Handlings charges cost so much ?
This is not true. You need to remember that these crafts are quite fragile and require very careful and sufficient packing to ensure they arrive unbroken. altough carriers do not go out of their way to handle shipments roughly, this does occur during transit, thefore we take extra precaucions to ensure your items are packed as best possible and that is why the costs seem so high.

Do you offer International shipping?
Yes. Most items can be shipped Internationally. If our system rejects your order please contact us for a quote.

How do I return products?
You may return anything you have ordered from us within 30 days from the day of purchase excluding shipping, handling and any other costs. Simply indicate the reason for the return and contact us for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), include the original receipt and packing slip and wrap your package securely.
